Plant:	There are around 47 varieties of lemon, reaching to 5 meters (16 feet). The Lemon tree has glossy oval shaped leaves, and scented blossoms that can be pink or white. The fruit is oval shaped also and yellow in colour.
Oil:	The essential oil is taken from the lemon rind, and produced in a pale yellow colour, sometimes with a tinge of green.
Scent:	Fresh, sweet citrus scent.
